Most of our competitors buy their compound in and send their dies out. Doing both ourselves is slower to set up and far faster to run — which is the whole reason a first sample takes days here.

Processes we run
Compression Moulding
Our core process — economical for low-to-medium volumes and large cross-sections, with tooling amortised over far shorter runs than injection.
Transfer Moulding
Used where inserts must be positioned precisely or flash must be kept off a sealing face.
Rubber-to-Metal Bonding
Chemical bonding of elastomer to prepared steel, stainless and brass inserts — the basis of our mounts, bushes and bonded caps.
Extrusion
Continuous cords, tubes and profiles in NBR, EPDM, Silicone and Neoprene, cut or joined to length.
In-house Die & Mould Making
Dies are designed and cut in-house. That removes the usual 3–4 week external tooling wait and keeps development samples fast and cheap.
Compounding & Mixing
Our own mixing mill lets us tune hardness, oil resistance and temperature range to the duty rather than working from a fixed stock compound.

The full list, as installed. Testing facilities we do not hold in-house are available within a short distance in the MIDC estate, so certification work does not delay a despatch.

Compounding in-house
Our own two-roll mixing mill is the quiet advantage in this business. A supplier who buys pre-mixed compound can only offer you what the sheet says. We can adjust filler loading, cure system and plasticiser to move hardness, oil resistance or rebound to where your application actually needs it.
It also means we can reproduce a compound from a failed sample. Hardness, colour, smell, swell behaviour and burn characteristics between them narrow an unknown rubber down to a family very quickly, and from there it is a matter of matching properties.
How a part is checked
- Incoming raw rubber and filler checked against supplier certificate
- Hardness verified on a Shore A durometer after cure
- Dimensional check against the approved drawing or golden sample
- Visual inspection for flash, porosity, bond line and finish
- Bond pull-check on rubber-to-metal parts
- First-article approval before any production quantity is released
